Go 'Eers

Today at Urban Outfitters a guy randomly said, "Go 'Eers!" to me.
Also, some guy at Sports Illustrated thinks WVU has a shot at the national championship. His column also included this amuzing tidbit.

West Virginia actually has plays called "Double Quickie Potato," "Dirty Harry" and (my personal favorite) "Best Play Ever." Imagine the terror a defender must feel when he hears Mountaineers coach John Beilein call out "Best Play Ever."

Damn straight WVU has a shot at the championship. I predict that they will still be ranked between 20 and 25 by the time of the tournament, but that they will make it to the final four and give the media all kinds of "upset" games to talk about.

Coach Beilein rocks, BTW. Go 'Eers!

WVU will not be the underdog in March, especially after the run last year. WVU is playing amazingly right now (the UCLA game pending), and will probably be a top 10 team come tournament time. They will only be talking "upset" if WVU loses.

Quote from ESPN about the Mountaineers:
"Taking over for the Zags as the "team that could lose in Round 1 or win the national title and neither would totally stun you." When the 'Eers are clicking, there are few teams better."
