Mom's Wedding

Two weeks after the reunion I traveled to Ohio for my mom's wedding. The wedding was nice, but the weekend was filled with loud/annoying kids, Clubber barking, and me sleeping on the couch. I have lots of photos of my family so I'll just share some photos of my adorable nieces and nephew.

A few days after the wedding we went to Newton Falls to see the July 4th fireworks. This is at the beginning of the evening before the huge rainstorm arrived. We left before the fireworks, but I still got a sno-cone.

LCHS Reunion

I went to my 10 year high school reunion last month. It was much more fun that I expected. I think we had the most fun that is possible to be had in Weston, WV without driving your truck through a mudbog. We had a lunch at the Jane Lew park that consisted of T&L hot dogs and about 10 kinds of pasta salad. I sat at the table of people who didn't have kids yet, which was basically the same group of people at ate lunch with in high school. Ben called us the "selfish ones." Between the afternoon lunch and the evening dinner, we went to a picnic at Jeremy's Aunt Jo's, and then spent about 4 hours drinking in at the Players Club. We then walked over the dinner event in historic downtown Weston. The dinner was followed by an after party back at the Players Club. The crowd was mostly all under about 30, and they played fun music; some people even danced. We then went home at 2:19 am. A good time was had by all.

roadtrip Day 1

Today was possibly the hottest day I have ever experienced. Remedy: lots of ice in an am/pm cup, and any liquid that is within arms reach. Today I crossed southen California, and right now am in the nmiddle of Arizona. For tomorrow, the plan is to get up and off by 6.30am, and drive at least 500 miles tomorrow. Hopefully I'll make it most of the way across New Mexico.

a day at the beach

yeah i almost killed myself and gwen on this short hike. off the edges of the gliderport above blacks beach in La Jolla. shit... well at least the view was great.

Oh and the Black And Gold will crush all who oppose it.
